Landscape Gardener
Glorious Gardens is seeking gardeners to join our happy crew. The gardeners we hire will be addicted to working outdoors, enjoy talking about plants with our interested clients, love observing nature’s changes throughout each day, feel proud to be part of the horticultural community, and be eager to learn more gardening tips and tricks, more about sustainability, native plants, plants with a purpose, pests and diseases, safety reminders, and more at our daily staff meetings. Our new gardening colleagues are already organized, detailed individuals who take pride in their work and professional appearance. They will welcome at a competitive rate based on their past experiences, appreciate earning paid time off after their first 6 months of employment, work with their colleagues to earn an annual bonus, and feel productive and efficient working ten hour days, 6:30am-4:30pm, Mondays-Thursdays, so they can enjoy three-day weekends off.
